Horizon Nursery and Primary school invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacancies that exist within the institution;

Position Title : Primary School Teachers ( Nursery, Lower, Middle & Upper Primary)

• Duties and Responsibilities;
• Establish a conducive learning environment tor learners
• Conduct and deliver lessons as per approved curriculum
• Conduct learning needs analysis and take responsibility for guiding and ensuring progress of the assigned group of learners
• Organize the classrooms and related resources in readiness for learning so as to support a healthy learning environment tor the learners.
• Work with the parents and other stakeholders to achieve maximum involvement in the wholistic development of the learners ‘
• Ensure safety of learners during class activities and outside activities
• Develop and foster appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude
• Qualifications and Experience
• Certificate and or Diploma in Early Child hood Development for Kindergarten & Diploma/Degree in Education for Primary Teacher
• Ability to guide teaching and learning process.
• Specific Knowledge Skills & Competencies
• Skills in classroom delivery
• God fearing, trustworthy and a person of integrity
• Good moral standing with exemplary character
• Ability to use ICT to support the learning process
• Logical thinker and innovative with problem solving skills
• Fluency in spoken/written English language
• Highly Customer Centre in delivery of services
